Candidates must integrate empirical thinking, team coaching, facilitation, and organizational change concepts under time pressure.

Our focus for this certification: Certilum highlights PSM II as an advanced, experience-oriented credential that signals real-world Scrum mastery. It is a strong complement to PSM I and ideal for Scrum Masters seeking senior roles. The certification value is grounded in Scrum.org reputation and the practical leadership and facilitation skills it assesses.
