Professional Scrum Product Owner I Exam Format

PSPO I

Everything the official exam blueprint specifies: question count, time limit, scoring and the weight each domain carries. The PSPO I assessment is a rigorous, scenario-based certification that validates a candidate's knowledge of Scrum and their ability to apply that knowledge to the work of a Product Owner. Created and maintained by Scrum.org and based on the 2020 Scrum Guide, the exam tests real-world reasoning rather than rote memorization. Candidates must understand the Product Owner accountability, how to manage a Product Backlog, how to engage stakeholders and Developers, and how to use empirical process control to deliver value. Successful completion demonstrates that an individual can effectively operate as a Product Owner within a Scrum Team and speak a common language with other Scrum practitioners.
